Smarter Device Checks
We’ve released a more comprehensive device check that considers multiple risk signals, rather than the more conservative approach of failing users based on individual anomalies. By taking a weighted approach across hundreds of signals, this new “Device is Trustworthy” check increases pass rates for legitimate users while maintaining security.
Streamlined IAL-2 Flow
To maintain our IAL2 accreditation and improve the member experience, we’ve strengthened the verification flow to incorporate advanced device checks. Validated document data—such as name, address, and date of birth—is automatically reused when appropriate, reducing redundant entry and simplifying the IAL2 flow for members. Partners can also now select a templatized IAL2 project for faster, more reliable setup.
