Biographic Matching
Biographic Matching enables cross-referencing a user’s first and last name with partner-provided records, such as date of birth and address, to ensure greater accuracy and security in identity validation. We’re also enhancing the CLEAR Console to provide more visibility into biographic matching results, so you can more easily review verification details.
Document Capture Enhancements
A new machine learning model now evaluates the quality of uploaded document images in real time. If an image is blurry, poorly lit, or otherwise unreadable, the user will be prompted to retake the photo before submission. By filtering out low-quality images upfront, this update helps reduce failed submissions and verification delays.
